A 12-week Full Transformation to REPROGRAM YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND & RESET YOUR HORMONES
The 4 Critical Tools to gaining mastery and
awakening the warrior within:
Nutrition
Everything inside of your body is built on compounds and proteins. It’s important to give our bodies the proper vitamins, nutrients, and chemical compounds so we can become our strongest selves.
Connecting to and being aware of what’s on your plate and in your glass leads to a healthy, intentional relationship with food.
When we’re more aware of what we’re putting into our body, it allows us to lose weight, decrease inflammation, heal from disease, reverse disease, and reduce stress.
Movement
Nadis and meridians exist all throughout our body. These components control and run all the systems and processes within our body. Without movement, those systems get thrown out of balance, which allows for disease and faster aging of the body to set in.
Movement can help with spinal cord injuries and any injuries, really, and facilitates better and faster healing, improved digestion, and overall wellness.
In Awaken the Warrior Within, we focus on strength, stability, and mobility-improving movements to enroll your body in a cohesive routine that improves health all around.
Breathwork
Sleep
In Awaken the Warrior Within, sleep is more than rest—it's a vital practice combining modern science and ancient wisdom. Science shows us how sleep enhances memory, emotional regulation, and physical health through processes like synaptic pruning and hormone regulation. Ancient practices, like Ayurveda, view sleep as crucial for restoring life energy and aligning with natural rhythms. Our program blends these insights, offering techniques for optimal rest. You'll learn to align your sleep with natural cycles and leverage scientific understanding for deeper, more rejuvenating sleep.
Embrace sleep as an essential part of your transformation journey, vital for both physical and mental well-being.
Phase 1: Build
Building Your Physical Foundation
Week 1:
Define Your Direction
Week 2:
Shape Your Warriors Path
What have you noticed about your automatic program that runs immediately when you wake? During Week 2, we will Shape your Warrior’s Path by becoming aware of the old programs that run our lives, making it easier to set new intentions and establish new ways of being. We’ll talk about consistency being the mother of all success and how we will be victorious by installing our new program and committing to our morning and daily rituals.
Week 3:
Forge Your Inner Strength
In Week 3, we will discuss further ways to continue increasing our breathing IQ as we notice the personal programs that are popping up. This is an important part of the process and as you build new habits, and cultivate your resilience & self-discipline. It’s important to start working on breathing techniques throughout the day and beyond important to remain consistent with our actions moving forward. We’ll also talk about completing one cycle of 20-23 days which is how long it takes to solidify a new neural pathway habitually.
Week 4:
Cultivate Your Warrior's Discipline
In Week 4, we’ll cultivate your warrior’s discipline by really paying notice to the stride that we’re finding and dig in further to strengthen those new neural grooves. Discipline is the name of the game and will always trump motivation. We’ll explore: Where can we replace unhealthy habits with healthier ones, slowly but surely, just one at a time?
Phase 2: Strengthen
Strengthening Your Physical Foundation
Week 5:
Harness Your Breath, Unlock Your Power
Week 6:
Embody the Warrior's Balance
By Week 6, you’ll have noticed a considerable change in your energy levels. Here is where we set another waypoint for your mind and body by framing the evident changes that you are feeling and celebrating them. Your body is starting to really balance the usage of the compounds and chemicals you’re creating. Now is a perfect time to further dig the grove of your new way of being. Where can we pull 15 to 30 minutes from something unfulfilling to your end goals and shift it to an activity that will keep you on this path like more breath or verbalizing your “I am’s” and running the mind movie of your desires fulfilled? Notice that we are optimizing the time that we spend thinking, to thinking about what we can do to serve our highest good and momentary joy.
Week 7:
Refine Your Resilience
Resilience has been described as the ability to not just recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity but the ability to prepare for it as well. In Week 7, we cover tools to help you create a plan of action, and a subconscious plan of action. This is because: the more we wire in these new ways of thinking, the more automatic they become. You wil also learn new, less breathing techniques to use throughout the day that will help you to set your nervous system to a level where you are ready or poised to deal with any situation!
Phase 3: Mastery
Master Your Mind & Your Spirit Will Lead You
Week 8:
Master Your Mind, Master Your Path
Week 9:
Evaluate Your Spirit, Evaluate Your Strength
In week 9, we will have finsihed 3 full cycles in strengthening a habit, and take a moment to evaluate how & who you are just two months later. This week we focus on journaling the differences we feel and we discuss them together as a group, to support in making the connections between where you were to where you are now and realizing YOU DID THAT. WELL DONE!!! By setting these waypoints and documenting the difference you feel and see in yourself we create a frame for your mind to reference easily moving forward. Now, you truly know your power and it’s been proven.
Week 10:
Unleash Your Inner Warrior
You’re literally at the peak of a newly cemented way of being! Now that you’ve completed 3 full cycles of strengthening the habits and ways of being, it’s time to stretch your potential just a little further! In Week 10, we incorporate the breathing techniques that have been learned and really start to focus on the overall breath through the day. The entire week we really tune in to every breath together and notice the shift! Our focus for this week is to consciously take control of the one system that rules all other systems… Our Breath!
Week 11:
Integrate Your Skills, Integrate Your Self
You have really gained a new view of yourself and what you’re capable of, and now it’s time to apply that to all areas of your life. Think of the discipline you’ve instituted and expressed these past 3 months. In Week 11, we will explore how you have applied this to every avenue of your life. This truly is a way of life, not just a breathing technique.
Week 12:
Unleash Your Inner Warrior
The top of every mountain is the bottom of the next! This used to scare me until I realized it meant that I had unlocked something powerful inside of myself and made the next level available. In that sense we dig into a personal plan of how we are going to keep to this cultivated Warriors Path. Together, in Week 12, we will review your goals that you set at the beginning of the 12 weeks, set new goals for the next 3 months, and clarify your next steps.

Meet your facilitator: Leland Holgate Sr.
Let's get to know each other.
Growing up as the child of a special forces officer, I witnessed firsthand the toll extreme stress could take on a person's mental well-being.
My upbringing was a front-row seat to experience mental instability.
Even though I was a kid, I had a lot of compassion for my Dad. I knew deep down it was what he was experiencing in the military and his inability to cope with that, and not him as an individual, that was fueling his actions.
At 17, I got tired of being told what to do so I joined the military.
Ironic, right?
I joined the Air Force as an aircrew. After I graduated from S.E.R.E. (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape) and P.O.W. (Prisoner of War) training, I was assigned to the most deployed squadron in the entire military.
When I was back in the States on leave, I went boating with some friends and got in an accident that left me clinically dead for minutes. I remember having an out-of-body experience on the shore, watching from overhead as the state trooper and the EMTs surveyed my body.
At the hospital, doctors announced I was paralyzed from the neck down. They told me to start “managing expectations” and that I’d be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. I was 19 years old.
As quickly as I descended into self loathing and suicidal ideations, I remembered: You’re never forgotten. “There’s always one more thing you can do…” (Lt. Col. Hal Moore)
The next day, I met my physical therapist. He was unlike anyone I’d ever met before. He was also a yoga instructor and told me he was going to teach me breathwork and yoga. He guided me through these breath techniques and it was a complete ride.
I felt blissed out and even got little pieces of my sensation back.
That was the start of a lifelong journey with breathwork and physical mastery for me.
Within two years, I was able to walk with the help of a cane after doctors told me I’d never walk again.
I almost wish I could tell you my life was smooth sailing from there, but it wasn’t. And if it had been, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.
I’d handled the physical, but my mental state was dysregulated.
I spiraled into a deep depression, addiction, and homelessness.
After a friend invited me to stay with him, I was able to regain my “never give up” mentality and within two months of consistent breathwork and movement practice, I had weaned myself off even the hardest drugs.
I was getting back on track. I spent 500 hours continuing my physical mastery journey, getting certified as a yoga instructor and started studying ancient breath techniques and how the mind works.
Around this time, my father committed suicide.
I already had dozens of friends from the military who had also committed suicide. It was a wake-up call for me.
Except, I knew what I was doing this time around. I combined the science-backed breathwork I was already using with techniques from Dr. Joe Dispenza, and I had an additional framework to heal myself once again.
:cue the dramatic drum roll….it gets worse:
While grieving my father, I was diagnosed with stage II colon cancer.
I wasn’t giving up. I immediately changed my diet and incorporated a whole health protocol into my life with the breathwork that was already a centerpiece of my daily practice.
A year and a half later, I was officially in remission.
Leland, it has to get better, right!?
Think again…
In 2019, I was involved in a head-on car collision. Again, I was unable to walk.
Luckily, I’d been introduced to Dr. Joe Dispenza a couple of years earlier and had a framework to heal myself once again.
I meditated so much in the hospital that I scared the medical staff!
I learned how to walk for the second time as an adult.
This time, it only took me seven months.

If this taught me anything about myself, and the importance of gaining physical mastery, it’s this single question:
What if the worst things that have happened to you
are actually the best things that have happened FOR you?
I’ve come to believe people are the universe in individual expressions. If we choose this life and the body we’re in, I think we are also able to transmute and catalyze our life’s events into experience and wisdom.
When you’re in the “messy middle,” life can seem impossible.
Now, I want to help you not fall into the darkness that I lived in for so long, no matter what it looks like for you now. That’s my passion.
That’s the driving part of my mission: to help you navigate life without being a drug addict, an alcoholic, or a mental health or chronically ill patient.
You don’t have to experience that, because I already have.
Consider me the one who stormed the beach so you don't have to.
> I'M READY TO BE FREEREADY TO TAKE YOUR POWER BACK?
If you don’t sacrifice for what you want, then what you want becomes the sacrifice! Achieving success involves giving up immediate gratification to prioritize long-term goals.
