Accommodations + Meals

Not included in your retreat registration.

Room rates start from $235 per person per night triple occupancy, $240 per person per night double occupancy and $295 single occupancy based on availability. 3 Meals a day included during retreat breakfast only included on none retreat days booked.                                                                                            
After payment, you’ll receive a private link to book your lodging at Amansala (single, double, or triple occupancy options available). All packages include three organic meals per day and access to all retreat spaces.

Important Notes

  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • Spots are limited to 90 participants
  • You may transfer your spot to someone else if needed (by a specific date)
  • Travel, lodging, and shuttle transportation are booked separately

Terms of Service

Awaken Retreat – March 9–12, 2026 | Tulum, Mexico

By registering for the Awaken Retreat facilitated by The Willful Warrior and Leland Holgate Sr., you agree to the following terms:

1. Retreat Payment & Registration

  • The retreat cost is $1,497 USD and includes access to all retreat programming: breathwork sessions, lectures, ceremonies, and guided practices.
  • Lodging, meals, and transportation are not included in the retreat fee and are booked separately through Amansala using a private link provided after registration.
  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.
  • You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Transfers are subject to approval.
  • If The Willful Warrior is forced to postpone or cancel the retreat due to force majeure, natural disaster, global travel restrictions, or venue closure, your payment will be credited toward a rescheduled retreat within 12 months.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • This retreat includes physical, emotional, and energetic practices including—but not limited to—breathwork, movement, meditation, and sound healing.
  • By registering, you confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating and that you have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations in your required intake form.
  • You take full responsibility for your participation and release The Willful Warrior and all facilitators from liability for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects that may arise during or after the retreat.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain mutual respect, confidentiality, and personal responsibility.
  • Disruptive, harmful, or abusive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
  • No alcohol or recreational drugs are permitted during the retreat.

5. Photo & Media Release

  • Group photos and videos may be captured during the retreat.
  • By attending, you grant The Willful Warrior the right to use photos/videos of you for promotional and educational purposes, unless you opt out in writing or notify the team during check-in.

6. Legal Responsibility

  • You agree that The Willful Warrior, Leland Holgate Sr., and affiliated facilitators are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, property damage, or medical condition incurred during travel or participation.
  • You release and waive all claims of liability related to your participation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Wyoming], and any disputes will be resolved in its jurisdiction.

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
